Field Sales Professional

This position requires someone self-motivated, competitive, success- driven, and has a proven sales track record. If you want to be a part of a fast- paced team that’s growing rapidly, you’ve come to the right place!
 

As a Field Sales Professional, you will be the face of the company to many of our
customers. This includes local events, chamber meetings, and local realtor association
meetings.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead generation.

  • Analyze residential and commercial buildings for issues.

  • Community involvement and networking.

  • Marketing and events.

Field Service Professional 

This position requires someone with a customer-centric focus and the ability to manage and grow a highly efficient service route. Our Field Service Professionals are the face of our company and are integral in growing PPC and its multiple locations!
 

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed property inspections for both residential and commercial customers, including crawl space, interior, exterior, and attic spaces.

  • Problem solve to identify and resolve customer concerns and issues.

  • Provide recommended treatment and prevention methods utilizing integrated pest management and best practices

  • Take ownership of your route and effectively manage scheduled, unscheduled, and rescheduled service appointments.

  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of recurring pest services, including termite, pest, and mosquito.

SERVICES

Team Leader - Gulf Coast

The Service Center Team Leader will assist the Service Center Leader in overseeing day-to-day operations of our pest control Service department. This role involves
managing Service Professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining
strong customer relationships.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise Service Professionals.

  •  Assist with scheduling routes, assigning daily tasks, and servicing appointments.

  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with company standards and
    regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures for pest control
    treatments.

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Manage inventory of pest control products and equipment.

  • Oversee fleet maintenance, vehicle inspections, and ensure vehicles are in good
    working condition.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of certifications, licenses, and training.

  • Other tasks assigned to you by Service Center Leader.
